Please send the signed original Account Opening Application Form to us per post (please note that for joint accounts the Account Opening Application Form must be signed by both applicants).

Identify with the POSTIDENT method

In order to confirm your identity, please use one of the three identification methods of our certified partner – Deutsche Post. In this way, you can legitimize yourself quickly and easily. For joint accounts, identification must be carried out by both applicants.
The fastest and easiest way for legitimization is via the new POSTIDENT method per Video-Chat. As a result, the opening of the online account takes only a few minutes. In addition, the traditional POSTIDENT coupon and the POSTIDENT procedure are also available through a new ID card.

To get started with Digital Banking you need:

Your login or customer number, which we will send you per e-mail.
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) , which you will receive after activation of your Payment Account per SMS.
TransAction-Numbers (TAN) to handle your online operations. After every online transaction, you will receive a TAN by SMS to the provided mobile phone number. Enter TAN within 3 minutes to confirm the operation.
Once your money has been transferred to your Payment Account via bank transfer, you will be able to open your Daily Due Deposit Account, Time Deposit Account and Deniz Sparplan account online - easily, securely and conveniently.
